After sales service organization setting
The operation Department of the company is specially responsible for the after-sales service of national projects, including trial operation, entrusted operation and technical service after the project is handed over to the owner. In order to facilitate the service of local projects, offices in Shanghai, Chongqing, Chengdu, Shenzhen, Changchun, Dalian, Wujiang, Chuzhou, Nanning, Yichang and other places have been established.
Warranty period
The 12 months after the installation and commissioning of each set of equipment is the free technical service period. During this period, all equipment faults caused by equipment quality problems and design defects shall be recovered by our company free of charge.
Within the quality guarantee period, we will pay at least two free return visits.
Service time limit
Whether within or outside the warranty period, respond within 4 hours after receiving the owner's repair telephone and fax, and arrive at the project site within 24 hours if necessary.
